2 - Rights of the persons concerned

To protect your privacy, we treat all information about you with the strictest confidentiality.

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • Under Article 15 of the RGPD, you have a right of access to your personal data
  • Under Article 16 of the RGPD, you have the right to rectify personal data that is inaccurate as soon as possible. You have the right to request that such data be completed.

Under Article 17 of the GDPR, you have a right to erasure of personal data insofar as processing is not necessary for:

  • exercising the right to freedom of expression and information
  • compliance with a legal obligation
  • in the public interest
  • establishing, exercising or defending legal rights

Pursuant to Article 18 of the GDPR, you have a right to limitation of processing in cases where:

  • you dispute the accuracy of the data
  • the data processing is unlawful but you object to their deletion
  • we no longer need your data, but it is still necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of your legal rights.

Is my personal information passed on to third parties?
We do not sell or rent our customers' addresses (e-mail or physical) or personal information.

Information on the collection of consent, the legal basis and the purpose of the processing :

We use your e-mail address to send you a newsletter. The legal basis for this processing is your express consent. We collect your consent via a checkbox when you create your account.

Personal data collected on our site is used to process orders and manage commercial relations (deliveries, invoices, after-sales service).
